Day 1 : Guwahati – Shillong ( 140 kms / 4 hrs Approx.)
Welcome to your’Green Triangle of the Northeast’! On arrival at the Guwahati airport or railway station (on your own), you will drive to Shillong where on arrival you will check in to the hotel,. The rest of the evening is at leisure.

Day 2 : In Shillong
This morning proceed on a city tour visiting Ward’s Lake, Lady Hyedri Park, St. Cathedral Church. Explore the local market for shpping ( closed on Sunday).

Day 3 : Day excursion to Cherrapunjee( 60 kms? Approx 2 hour drive
Today proceed on a full day excursion to Cherrapunjee – the wettest place in the world. Return to Shillong, en-route visit Elephant falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views of the Himalayan hills.


Day 4: Shillong to Kaziranga ( 325 kms/ approx 7 hour drive)
This morning drive to Kaziranga Nationbal Park. On arrival check in to the hotel. The rest of the time is at leisure.


Day 5: In Kaziranga
Early morning proceed on a safari into the Kaziranga National Park to view various species of animals and birds – Phinoceros, Elephant, Indian bison, Swamp deep, Samber, Hog deer, Sloth Bear, Leopard, Jungle car, Hogbadget, Capped Langurm Goose, Hornbills and many more in their natural habitat.


Day 6 : Kaziranga – Guwahati ( 225 kms/ approx 4 ½ hour drive)
After breakfast drive to Guwahati. On arrival you will check – in to your hotel. Later in the afternoon visit the Kamakhya Temple regarded as one of the Shakti Peethams associated with the legend of Shiva and Daksha Yagna. In the evening enjoy a cruise on Brahamaputra River (on direct payment & subject to weather conditions)


Day 7 : Return home with happy memories
Today bid farewell as your ‘Green Triangle of the North east’ comes to an end when you are transferred to Guwahati airport or railway station for your onward journey.
