Welcome to your ‘Eastern Himayalan Splendour’ tour! On arrival at the Bagdogra airport or New Jalpaiguri railway station ( on your own), you will be transferred to Gangtok where on arrival you will check into your hotel. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure.
Early in the morning depart for a half-day excursion to Tshangu Lake. Enjoy a Yak ride around this lake (on direct payment basis). The rest of the time is at leisure to shop around the Tibetan market.
This morning, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Gangtok. In the afternoon proceed on a drive to Kalimpong where on arrival you will check into your hotel.
In the morning enjoy a sightseeing tour of the Dello hills, Dr. Graham’s Home and flower Nurseries. This afternoon you will drive to Darjeeling where on arrival you will check into your hotel.
This morning (around 4 am) you will drive to Tiger Hill to witness the sunrise over the Eastern Himalayan peaks with fabulous views of the famous Mt. Kanchendzonga (28,208 ft) (subject to clear whether conditions). Onreturn to your hotel visit Ghoom Monastery and other places of interest. The evening is free.
